Internship Brief

Deliverables

The intern will assist with volunteer recruitment, communications, program development and reporting. 

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and social media platforms
  • Source and recruit volunteers through various techniques (databases, e-mail, social media etc.)
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Share volunteer’s stories on social media

Requirements

  • College degree in HR Management preferred
  • Former experience in volunteer management, nice to have
  • Excellent command of the English language

Personal qualities and attitudes to be successful in the project

  • Structured and organized
  • Independent and self-reliable
  • Able to communicate and work with diverse people
