Internship Brief

Deliverables
The intern will assist with volunteer recruitment, communications, program development and reporting.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and social media platforms
- Source and recruit volunteers through various techniques (databases, e-mail, social media etc.)
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Share volunteer’s stories on social media
Requirements
- College degree in HR Management preferred
- Former experience in volunteer management, nice to have
- Excellent command of the English language
Personal qualities and attitudes to be successful in the project
- Structured and organized
- Independent and self-reliable
- Able to communicate and work with diverse people
